About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administration & Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in administration, customer service, or sales support. You will play a key role in supporting our internal sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service for both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and providing pricing and product information
- Supporting outbound customer follow-ups
- Assisting the internal and external sales teams
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Providing general administrative support
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
About You
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is advantageous but not essential — training will be provided to the right candidate.
